The issue isn’t the email or even that it was sent from me to me. The misspellings and poor English are further indications of fraud. The best is that mail protection that is properly configured prevented me from even seeing this email until I went to look for something else.

Why should you care? What is your plan for protection when these become indistinguishable from your regular email? What happens when they are followed up by phone calls from people that are great salespeople? How many of your employees have already fallen victim to an email like this aren’t talking about it? Do you think other businesses talk about their breaches or notify customers when they aren’t under compliance?
